HOW TO ENTER – 9 EASY STEPS
1. VISIT THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE
This is the only website on which you can officially enter the the SASF National Scale Awards 2026.
2. CHOOSE YOUR DIVISION
Select the division that applies to you:
- D1 Under graduate (18-22)
- D2 Grades 10-12
- D3 Grades 9 & Under
3. READ THE REQUIREMENTS
Carefully read the syllabus, rules and recording guidelines for your chosen division.
4. PREPARE YOUR RECORDINGS
Record your performance according to the rules:
- Elements 1-8 in one continuous take.
- Creativity Element recorded separately (maximum 1 minute).
5. CHECK YOUR VIDEO
Ensure you and your instrument are fully visible for the duration of the video.
Make sure you recorded all the required elements in order.
6. COMPLETE THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM
Fill in all the required details accurately. Enter the former, parent/guardian and teacher information.
7. UPLOAD YOUR VIDEOS
Upload your videos as requiest on the entry form. Make sure files are clearly named:
Name Division Element
(eg: JohnDoe_D1_Scales)
8. PAY THE ENTRY FEE
Follow the payment instructions on the website or entry form.
Your entry is only complete once payment has been confirmed.
9. SUBMIT & CONFIRM
Review your entry, tick the confirm box and submit.
Your will receive a confirmation email once your entry has been received.
